Before you order
Please review the service description, billing cycle, and any product-specific terms at checkout before placing an order. Those details form part of the refund terms for that service.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, open a support ticket from the client area and include the service name, invoice number, and reason for the request. Requests should be submitted from the account that placed the order whenever possible.
How requests are assessed
Each request is reviewed against the service terms displayed at purchase, the status and use of the service, and applicable law. A refund is not guaranteed unless the relevant service terms expressly provide for one.
Excluded or third-party items
Items identified as non-refundable at checkout, third-party charges, and services already supplied may be treated differently from hosting services. Domain-related orders, renewals, and transfers can be subject to registry or supplier rules that limit whether a refund is available.
Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the original payment route where practical. Processing time can vary by payment provider. A refund does not automatically cancel any other active service; cancellation requests should be made separately through the client area.
Questions
If you are unsure whether a service may be eligible, contact support before ordering or open a ticket with the relevant invoice details.
